Jeremy Jones-Bateman
Associate Osteopath
Jeremy is a part-time educator and clinic tutor at the UCO School of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy), where he supports and mentors the next generation of osteopaths. Alongside his teaching role, he is a highly experienced practitioner, qualified for over ten years and working with a wide range of patients across diverse clinical settings.
Jeremy began his career as a sports massage therapist in central London, developing a strong foundation in hands-on treatment and a detailed understanding of how the body functions. He went on to complete a five-year osteopathic training, graduating with a Bachelor of Osteopathy. During his studies, he undertook placements in specialist clinics, including clinical placements within the NHS, where he gained valuable experience in complex cases and multidisciplinary care.
Before entering the healthcare profession, Jeremy worked in the tourist industry, an experience that strengthened his communication skills and cultural awareness. Also fluent in French, he believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to effective treatment, combining clinical expertise with empathy and understanding to support each patient’s individual needs.
